My Study Plan
안녕하세요！This is Chang Jia Yee (0350402), studying Bachelor of
Design (Hons) in Creative Media. I love to learn Korean because I often
watch Korean dramas, watch Kpop performances and variety shows, and
often rely on subtitles. I am very interested in Korean culture and I
very much hope that after learning Korean this semester, I can
understand basic Korean without relying on subtitles, so that watching
dramas is more convenient and relaxed. Besides, I also like Korean food
culture very much. I haven't been to Korea yet, and I will definitely go
there in the future if I have the opportunity! So I hope I can learn
some Korean through this course, which can come in handy then.
My study plan for this semester is to arrange at least one hour and a half a day every week to learn Korean, and I will take notes while watching E-lecture, so that my eyes, ears and hands can be used at the same time to deepen my memory. I know that I am not a person with a particularly strong memory and language learning ability. Maybe I have forgotten half of what I learned this week, so I will spend 10-15 minutes every Sunday to consolidate the related vocabulary, which will help me remember it for a longer time. Another important point is the time allocation and self-discipline to study according to the plan I have made. Because I got five modules this semester, and the other four modules are main subjects, I must have a clear time allocation to ensure that each module gets enough time. Therefore, we need to push ourselves and supervise ourselves more self-disciplined. Finally, I hope that this "Korean Tour" will be pleasant and fruitful!
