REFLECTION
Experience
This step of data collection is a new attempt for me. In the past, I used to look for inspiration on the Internet and other creators' works to find inspiration and ideas. But this time, I want to learn about a culture and discover the story behind it, so as to design something from different angles and directions.
Observation
In the process of data collection, it is easy to find the answer that meets the research question, but it is not easy to integrate one's own speech from numerous papers and publications, and it is even more difficult to transform words into vivid and representative works. Try to feel and experience the environment personally, even though I am not in it.
Finding
I found that a distinctive and special design is not only to think about the thing itself, but also to explore the story behind it in depth and it will be a good way to come up with a different idea. The deeper you know, the more relevant the design is to the theme and the more complete the meaning I want to express.
