EXERCISE :
1. Bezier Game :
# Processes :
I play the game three times and really improve in the skill now. Originally, all I had left was only 4 nodes after first round and I can't fully grasp the fall of every point yet. I also have some trouble at the beginning as I can't draw out the love shape and was stuck there for a long time!
The trouble during the process
# My final score :
Fortunately, after three rounds of execution and exploration, I can operate it better now.
2. E-Portfolio blog :
3. Pinterest & Behance :
4. Three favourite graphic design :
Design #1 :
Description:
From
my point of view, the whole picture is reflecting the social state of slavery between 17th and 18th
centuries. There is a sharp contrast between the colour photo of the noble lady and
achromatic
photo of blacks. There are four layers superimposed from the innermost layer to the outermost layer, namely the servant's hand, the lady, blacks and the jewellery. Furthermore,
the expression on the lady’s face looks extremely enjoyable and pleasant but the
faces of all blacks were dejected. It
is not difficult to see
from the picture as the woman has delicate makeup, servant to serve. However, those blacks look like they are homeless and were forced to move somewhere. The ruby jewellery on the lady's body seem like the blood and tears of black slaves with a hint of irony to the slavery.
Design #2 :
Description:
Well, there is a creature called “woman” in this universe
who is always not satisfied with what they are having. As a woman, I can vaguely
feel that IKEA is implying me that “shoe cabinets can no longer fit my shoes
and need to buy a new one!”. This picture can clearly see the dirty and
worn sneaker was barely stuffed into the new pink high heels. Even though the structure of this picture is
not complicated, but the idea to tell consumers is quite clear. It also allows
merchant to arouse consumer desire to buy through humorous trick. It didn’t put
the signs and price of the goods in a particularly prominent place, which made
people stop and appreciate this funny picture in detail instead of feeling the
merchant trying to sell something to them.

Description:
The prominent hand in this picture
makes me feel that he may be asking for help or begging for someone to stay
or whatnot. Although I can’t see his facial expression directly but I can feel he seems unhappy or even depressed and helpless through the outline of his
face. This picture is simply composed of black lines which is different densities and his hand is
really catching my eyes. The fog separated and blurred him in my sight. His vague body expresses his sense of loss and daze.
